Lifetime Warranty

At Marquess Electronics, we stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on most repairs, covering defects in parts—not accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear over time.

This lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer. Batteries come with a 1-year warranty, while all port replacements include a 30-day warranty. This warranty does not cover liquid damage, software issues affecting performance, or any physical damage.

To claim your warranty, visit any Marquess Electronics locations or mail in your device—we’ll return it to you at no additional cost!

Device Sales

30-Day Warranty

All device sales include a 30-day warranty, which is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer. There are no refunds for device sales.

This warranty does not cover batteries, charge ports, liquid damage, software issues affecting performance, or physical damage.

Accessories

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All accessories sold at Marquess Electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Most of our manufacturers provide a limited lifetime warranty.

To check your specific warranty, refer to the product packaging or contact the manufacturer directly. If you need a copy of your receipt, give us a call or visit us—we keep all records on file!

Repairs – Terms & Conditions

By submitting your device for repair, you agree to the following terms:

  • I grant Marquess Electronics permission to perform any actions deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device.
  • I understand that Marquess Electronics is not responsible for data loss, component failures, irreparable Face ID/Touch ID, or any other performance issues that may arise during or after service.
  • Marquess Electronics is not liable for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the repair.
  • All devices are subject to a diagnostic fee
  • Labor carries a 30-day warranty, provided the device’s passcode is supplied.
  • Abandoned devices will be recycled after 90 days.
