What began with Kevin Marquess repairing his broken phone screen in the back seat of his car is a full-fledged running business helping countless people. Marquess IT Solutions has only grown since its inception as Kevin didn’t give up, despite the downs in the market and repair shops closing down nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Kevin was the only one to manage the business, he installed an automatic answering machine telling customers about the operational hours. 

We signed up for RepairDesk in June 2020, and that helped us streamline our business and repair jobs we do with the help of software tools. Our sincerity to customers and the quality we offered with our services also attracted clients from outside the town. The huge influx of business and repair jobs led to Kevin building his team and training them through his already recorded videos of fixing tech devices. Today, we’re known as one of the most reliable and trusted service providers in Ocean City and beyond.
